The Author’s Hand is dedicated to the self-publishing industry. Our mission is to bring new authors to the forefront with quality, edited material that can stand up to traditional publishers and paint the industry in the brightest light possible.
We aim to uplift writers, to motivate them and push them to reach new heights and accomplish goals that they never thought was possible. We want to writers to achieve their dreams, and to construct a career where they can find meaning and fulfillment.
And, for you, this is where it begins.
In 2019, we are firing off our first ever Author’s Hand Writing Competition! And here’s the best part:
There is NO Entry Fee
Unlike other competitions, we’re not charging you a dime, and believe it or not, the prize doesn’t reflect that. This is what’s on the table:
An editing package worth up to $5000.00.
For our hand-picked winner, they will receive a free developmental edit, line edit and copyedit, valued between $3000.00 - $5000.00. Once your novel is written (or if it is already written!) we’ll polish that baby up for you and get it ready for market. No strings attached.
Alternatively, if you don’t have a book written and need a leg up, you can take advantage of our mentorship services and, with our help, you will have your manuscript completed before the end of 2019.
Just take a look at our testimonial page. We don’t half-ass anything.
